IRS Eases Tax Enforcement During Virus Shutdown

IRS is suspending most collection activities from March 30, 2020 to July 15, 2020. IRS personnel are focusing on refund claims, which should be good news if you are watching your mail for a check. IRS employees are instructed to suspend collection activities with very few exceptions.
